  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our fulfillment partner Qikink for printing, packing, and dispatch.

2. Shipping Partner

We work with Qikink, a trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partner, to ensure quality production and timely delivery of your products.

  • Products are manufactured and shipped directly from Quiikink’s facilities.

  • This allows us to maintain high-quality standards and efficient logistics.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors.

Please note:

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Unexpected delays (weather, logistics issues, high demand) may affect delivery schedules.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

  • You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution.
